Ensure all personal information, such as the recipient's full name and address, is accurate and matches the bank's records. Check with your bank for any additional requirements or fees for international transfers.
To make cross-border payments to the United States, ensure that you provide the recipient's full name as per their bank records, the receiving bank's routing number (also known as the ABA number), which is a 9-digit code, and the recipient's account number. It is essential to verify these details with the recipient to avoid any payment issues.
For payments via SWIFT, make sure to include the bank's SWIFT/BIC code. Additional information such as the recipient’s bank address may also be required.
